The wind that blew past,
Whispered in my ear.
Beckoning me to follow,
Luring me near.
So I set off my sail,
And in full speed I steered.
But no sooner it seemed
did I catch up it's rear,
Than it would vanish from sight,
And at a great distance reappear.
I called out and said,
Why don't you stop for a moment more,
I am just around the corner,
If you pause, we will catch up for sure.
And he glanced around,
Just to slyly stare,
And off he went,
Leaving me to follow his dare!
