The Noble Man

The noble man, the noble soul,
The good of society is his only goal.
Against the evil, he is always at fight,
He stands ahead with all his might.

In all directions, his work proclaims,
That upliftment of all, is his only aim.
On tempest he rides, with thunder and light.
He takes with him, all the man's plight.

Honesty is his armour, truth is his sword,
And for this, God gave him a reward.
"In every era your fame will spread,
far and wide, be it castle or shed!

Your deeds would give inspiration,
To one and all nation,
O the noble man, the noble soul,
The good of society will always be your goal!"

A Little Ducky

Near a pond far away,
Woke up baby on a misty day,
Heavy were the eyelids, ready to close,
Yet she held them back, so as not to doze.

Little round eyes rolled around,
To see everything that did surround.
Strange was the land, calm yet tense,
Lost was the mind, trying to make sense.

As she brooded on with many a query,
She felt a peck on her head that broke her reverie,
And as large feathers took her in a warm embrace,
She felt as if she found shelter, in a baffling maze.

And as her mother nudged her out of hiding,
She continued to ignore her petulant chiding,
"The world is so daunting", why didn't she understand?
"Its mysterious aura I just can't withstand"!

But still she followed her mother up the bank,
When the nature's symphony broke from a deep sharp bang,
Terrified she turned her head to find the source,
Unsure if it was caused by a friend or a foe!

There ahead she saw her mother lying still,
As she herself was shoved into a confining thing,
"Mom" she chirped and screeched yet again,
Beseechingly she cried to let this adventure end.

But no soul paid heed, to her cries,
Though she banged against those confines,
Hapless, she softly chirped to wake up her mother,
But she continued to doze and seemed not to bother.

And on strangers land their ways parted,
In this putried atmosphere, all hope departed.
And for the unknown she awaited in line,
Hoping it was the end to this painful time...

The climb

When you start your upward climb,
There will come a point in time,
When all will say that return you must,
For you've travelled far enough.

And when you look down, you will find,
Rejoicing people with unstressed mind,
And then your Loneliness will start to crave,
To relax with them and just rant & rave.

But in that moment just close your eyes,
And picture that peak in your mind's eye,
That which you had set out to conquer,
And make that your steep climb's anchor.

Pay no heed to the fearful tale,
On how the world will mock if you fail,
For those you haven't dared to scale that peak,
Can only predict your prospect to be bleak.

And forever remember the eternal truth,
That never were you alone nor ever will you be.
For when the creator of the universe is your shepherd,
Then why do you seek the company of the herd?

Maya

She played an ethereal trancing tune,
Weaving them up in a tight cocoon,
Though even harder they tried, to decipher,
Still stayed hidden, the mystical pied-piper!

Lost were all, the riddle was such,
Even the best of the best, couldn't do much.
Thus pitying their hapless fall through,
To those who listened, she whispered a cue.

"You run around the world, without a clue,
Forever discovering something new,
Secrets of the creation, you're eager to know,
As you play along in my great puppet show.

To my diktat all conform,
I have forever changing form,
Blinded are all, by my beguiling aura,
I am the great illusory Maya!"

Freedom!

I ask you not for a fancy cage,
Nor a lifelong of protective care,
Just let me stretch out my feathery wings,
And feel on my face, the taste of the winds.
I ask you not to tame my thoughts,
Nor tie my wild dreams in perfect knots,
Just hand me the map, that once would have been,
And let me tred the paths, though untracked they maybe.
In this life's battlefield, in our freedom fight,
Beings of the universe, let us all unite,
And in unison, lets march towards liberation,
To that ultimate freedom, the golden salvation.

The nature's squishy toy

I float around in the deep blue ocean,
Underwater currents help me stay in motion.
Don't be deceived by my ethereal glow,
If stung by my venom, you'll be hopping on your toe!
For millions of years I've witnessed the earth's evolution,
I came along soon after it was set in motion.

A Mother's gaze

Since before I was born,
And was the size of a grain of corn,
I felt her motherly warmth, cradling me,
Immersing me in a protective sea.

And during those crazy childhood times,
When I would surely loose my mind,
And will be possessed by a crazy wish,
Akin to the likes of jumping off a cliff.
I'd feel her rope like arms clasping me,
Constantly getting me back to safety.

And all those times when I triumphed over my planned escape,
From the tight clutches of my mother's protective cage,
I would find myself lost in the world,
Always coming stumbling back to her.

And even though I keep growing smarter,
I constantly fall short on some matter,
Where it seems I have no capability,
In there, with her wisdom, she remains wealthy.

The ethereal love

The handsome Blue Prince and the charming White Princess.
It all started in the days long past,
When from the fire, they were first cast.
They looked upon one another from afar,
And since then they never drew apart.
As she slowly drew near,
Stronger grew her trancing lure.
In his bosom he heaved high sigh,
While she gracefully twirled by.
As they waltz around the heavenly stage,
Intriguing all with their changing shape,
Gather kings and queens from distant kingdoms,
To watch their performance, in every season.

United we stand!

Let us pay attention,
to the summon,
That urges us all,
to unite as one.

For the time has come,
to make a promise from our souls,
That we'll perceive this universe,
as undivided and a whole.

Relentless will be our efforts,
till the end of our lives.
Against the chains of dogmas,
we will strike.
To keep the evil at bay,
we shall strive.

Similar are our journeys,
Together we shall march.
In our Infinite's search,
All our paths will merge.
Together we shall stay,
Till the end of the day,
And meld into the One,
when down we'll lay.

Wind in your Sail

Set sail, the horizon beckons,
Don't lie back seeing the setting sun.
No time as now, to head on,
For yonder arises, a whole new dawn.
Rage on against the darkest night,
With the thunder's conch, declare your fight.
Tear through the storm that blocks your way,
Let not even the fear of death, lead you astray.

The elegant Tulip

Since she was a bud,
and she blossomed in the mud,
Her love for the Sky,
Kept growing by the day.
She stood there patiently,
Waiting in a row,
Swaying with the wind,
And dancing to allure.
From the warmth of her love,
Did the sky's heart melt,
And he poured down as nectar,
So deepening her dazzling lustre.

Reminiscing The childhood days

I so very much, miss those days,
When not in tomorrow but we lived in today.
When rulers we were of our own hearts kingdom
And playing with the mud was not at all fearsome!

The stupendous mountain

Mountain, O Mountain!
You forever urge me on,
Still resounding in your valley,
Is a deep awakening mystic call.
As I slouch back at my home,
I keep hearing your beckoning call,
Leaving all I rush in your,
Open wide extended arm.
Flowing down that brook doth sing,
A sweet melodious ethereal song,
Enchanted by its hum I float,
In an ocean of blissful calm.
Hidden in your bosom lies,
Elements of the strangest types,
In your deep dark dungeons stay,
Creatures of most varied kinds.
Your snowy glacial mountain tops,
Are our precious water pots.
On the banks of rivers that rise,
Has dwelled humanity from historic times.

The shy horse

Rolling around her big black eyes,
She gazed at the world fondly.
But as she saw me drawing near,
She tucked away her face, shyly!
But all it took, was a handful of greens,
To make this meeting more friendly.
Jutting out her muzzle, she grazed on it,
As I stroked her bushy brown mane, gently!

Water cycle

I tumble down the mountain tops,
And slide through the valleys.
Post this topsy-turvy journey,
I finally meet my buddy, Sea.

After having a joyous time,
I start on my journey home.
As I hop off my cloudy train,
I start to pour down once again.

I etch out my own sweet course,
Howsoever bumpy that makes my flow.
As I hit against the rocks so coarse,
I scatter into many a tiny rainbow.

Little Turtle

A little lazy turtle drifted ashore,
Slowly pacing, it inched in some more,
Lying there with half-open eyes, it indifferently gazed,
Whilst the excited people gathered around, feeling amazed!

In their very long lives, they travel world-wide,
Daring many ocean adventures, they survive,
All we need to do to keep them alive,
Is to not dump in their home and to let them live their lives!
